Harris County Precinct 4 Constable Mark Herman will celebrate the grand opening of its newest substation, located at 20122 Holzwarth Road, Spring, with a ribbon-cutting May 10. The new substation is the constable’s eighth police station and will house between 60-80 patrol deputies upon opening. Construction on the project began in March 2018. 832-927-6200.
