Harris County Precinct 4 Constable Mark Herman will celebrate the grand opening of its newest substation, located at 20122 Holzwarth Road, Spring, with a ribbon-cutting May 10. The new substation is the constable’s eighth police station and will house between 60-80 patrol deputies upon opening. How Harris County residents can prepare for hurricane season

After the most active hurricane season on record in 2020, Harris County officials said residents should be prepared for the upcoming season starting June 1.
