The Timber Lane Utility District, which mostly lies in Spring ISD, broke ground on a new community center Jan. 11 at 1902 Naplechase Crest Drive, Spring. The building will be 7,500 square feet and will be composed of a large event meeting room for 200 people, a kitchen, a nature center lobby, a smaller meeting room and a constable patrol center, along with additional parking and pond expansions.
