Williamsburg Enterprises, a Houston-based real estate investment firm, recently acquired Klein Square, located at 16812 Stuebner Airline, Spring. The firm closed on the transaction in October and is planning renovations of the Klein Square center in spring 2019. Klein Square was under 50 percent occupied at the time of the sale.

Anchored by a Petco and Family Dollar, Klein Square has a 40,000-square-foot former grocery box and a 1,950-square-foot space available for lease. Williamsburg also signed a 1,300-square-foot lease with Clinica Hispanic, a medical clinic specifically oriented to Hispanic clients, shortly after the acquisition and is currently negotiating leases with national retailers for 75 percent of the 40,000-square-foot anchor box. 713-955-0960. www.williamsburgent.com
