Williamsburg Enterprise acquires Klein Square in Spring, plans renovations, leases

Williamsburg Enterprises, a Houston-based real estate investment firm, recently acquired Klein Square, located at 16812 Stuebner Airline, Spring. The firm closed on the transaction in October and is planning renovations of the Klein Square center in spring 2019. Klein Square was under 50 percent occupied at the time of the sale.
