Northridge Capital, a real estate asset management firm, purchased Hewlett-Packard's office in Springwoods Village on April 10. The HP Plaza was completed in November and is located at 10400 Energy Drive, Spring. The building was developed by Patrinely Group for HP, which occupies 100% of the space. "HP Inc. was the largest office lease inked for 2016 in Houston,” Robert Fields, president and CEO of Patrinely Group, stated in a press release. “This transaction reinforces the strength of this new urban center in north Houston.” HP Plaza includes two buildings with a variety of workspaces and on-site amenities, such as a full-service cafe and fitness center. 713-840-2700. www.patrinelygroup.com
