On Oct. 31 a joint venture of Patrinely Group, USAA Real Estate and CDC Houston announced plans to develop Hewlett Packard Enterprise’s new campus in CityPlace at Springwoods Village. Scheduled to break ground in the fourth quarter of 2019, the development will join three other major corporations in the area—HP Inc., Southwestern Energy and the American Bureau of Shipping.
