Poke Bar opened July 13 in the Vintage Marketplace at 15556 Cutten Road, Ste. 500, Houston, serving customizable bowls consisting of fish and vegetables with a variety of toppings.
Customers can select ingredients such as tuna, salmon, shrimp and tofu with mix-in ingredients such as edamame, corn and kale. Sauces, garnishes and side dishes are also available.
