The Melt, a California-based restaurant, will open a Vintage Park location in March at 10111 Louetta Road, Houston. It will be the second Greater Houston area location for The Melt, which serves grilled cheese sandwiches, cheeseburgers, macaroni and cheese, chicken sandwiches, salads and tomato soup.
