Cape Cod Cafe opened Nov. 3 at 19640 Kuykendahl Road, Spring. The restaurant features a lobster roll sandwich on toasted bread. The cafe also sells cod, clam, scallop and tuna rolls, New England clam chowder, lobster bisque and a selection of other sandwiches and salads.
