“We are so excited to bring our Cajun-inspired restaurant to the Houston area,” said Paxton Moreaux, Off The Hook's chief operating officer, in a statement. “We look forward to sharing our ‘Real Cajun, Real Fast’ culture to Texas and know [franchise owner] Khandaker Alam is the best to bring it to Houstonians.”

Off The Hook was founded in 2012 and has two other Louisiana locations in Thibodaux and Houma. 281-982-3899.
