Off The Hook, a Louisiana-based Cajun eatery, opened its first Texas location July 10 at 125 Remington Valley Drive, Houston. The elevated quick service restaurant franchise offers Louisiana staples such as chicken and sausage gumbo, Gulf shrimp baskets and seafood po’boys.

“We are so excited to bring our Cajun-inspired restaurant to the Houston area,” said Paxton Moreaux, Off The Hook's chief operating officer, in a statement. “We look forward to sharing our ‘Real Cajun, Real Fast’ culture to Texas and know [franchise owner] Khandaker Alam is the best to bring it to Houstonians.”
