Southern Yankee Beer Co., located at 930 FM 1960, Ste. G, Houston, will debut its newest addition, SoYank Pizza—an on-site food truck—May 29. The food truck will serve wood-fired craft pizzas made with homemade dough, fresh ingredients and homegrown herbs.
Pizza options include margherita, Sweet & Spicy Pepperoni, Gorgonzola Bacon, Veggie Combo, Tre Formaggi, Bacon & Brussels and Hawaiian BBQ Chicken. Oven-roasted wings will also be available in five different flavors.
