Mirrey Tacos y Discada reached its one-year milestone Sept. 5 at 727 E. Louetta Road, Ste. 120, Spring. According to an owner, the taqueria serves authentic street food from Monterrey, Mexico, such as tacos made with trompo, a Spanish term for marinated pork, as well as discada, a mixed meat dish prepared in a disk.
