Tropical Smoothie Cafe will celebrate its grand opening at 5921 FM 2920, Ste. C, Spring, on Sept. 13 with $0.99 smoothies, according to the eatery's Facebook page. In addition to 27 types of smoothies, the cafe offers a variety of healthy food items, including flatbreads, wraps, quesadillas, sandwiches, bowls and breakfast items.
