Jimmy Changas opened its first Pearland location Sept. 13 at 3515 Business Center Drive. A sister concept of Gringo’s Mexican Kitchen, Jimmy Changas offers Tex-Mex cuisine—including fajitas, burritos and tacos—in addition to a full bar and specialty drinks.
