Costco will open its first Pearland location Nov. 12 at 3500 Business Center Drive. The store will be a 150,000-square-foot facility with an attached tire center and a fueling station. The membership-based warehouse store sells a variety of goods, including appliances, furniture and groceries. The general public is able to sign up for membership prior to the opening in the Pearland Town Center at 11200 W. Broadway St., Ste. 1440. www.costco.com
