The Second Mile Mission Center opened its first business, The Opportunity Shop, on June 1 at 1135 Hwy. 90, Missouri City. The 1,300-square-foot resale center sells gently used clothes and accessories for men, women and children. The store also sells special gift items. Revenue generated by the resale center supports programs at Second Mile Mission Center, including the Neighbor Choice Food Pantry and the Pat McWaters Health Clinic.
