Avenue 360 Health & Wellness, a Greater Houston-area health care facility, celebrated its one-year anniversary in early July at 9816 Memorial Blvd., Ste. 120, Humble. Director of Practice Operations Ariel Duran said the Humble facility offers primary care services but it will offer behavioral health services in the coming months. Other Houston-area locations offer dental services and HIV/AIDS treatments. Avenue 360 Health & Wellness specializes in offering free or discounted health care for qualifying low-income individuals. 281-570-2525. www.avenue360.org
