Owners and Louisiana natives Kim and Belinda Williams plan to open Jambalaya King in mid-April at 16430 W. Lake Houston Parkway, Ste. 800, Humble. The 1,670-square-foot counter-service restaurant will serve a five-meat jambalaya, chicken and sausage gumbo, red beans and rice, smoked sausage po'boys with Jack Miller’s barbecue sauce, boudin and crawfish in season, as well as sides and desserts.
