Sub Zero Nitrogen Ice Cream opened in May at 12230 W. Lake Houston Parkway, Ste. 250, Houston. The ice cream shop uses liquid nitrogen to instantly freeze a guest’s choices into a creamy ice cream. Guests with dietary restrictions can choose from a variety of milk that includes regular, low-fat, lactose-free and sugar-free as well as other vegan options, custard and yogurt.
