The Royalton at Kingwood, a high-end multifamily development from Dallas-based firm SWBC Real Estate, will open in January at 22003 Northpark Drive, Kingwood. The three-story, 331-unit development will offer one- to three-bedroom apartments featuring 9-foot ceilings and walk-in closets.
