Fajita Pete’s hosted a grand opening Jan. 29 to celebrate its new location at 1590 S. Mason Road, Katy. The restaurant will be the franchise’s sixth location in the Greater Houston area. The eatery offers a selection of grilled beef and chicken fajitas, hand-rolled tortillas and sides, such as rice, beans, guacamole and queso.
