Danielle Steel sold Ageless Med Spa, at 414 W. Grand Parkway S., Katy, to an undisclosed silent partner Dec. 21. Steel remains at the business as an employee.

As part of the transaction, Dr. James H. Kern was hired as the company’s medical director. Kern also operates Image Enhancement Center in Houston, and his hiring has allowed Ageless Med Spa to expand its services to include Smart Lipo, IV Vitamin therapy, hormone therapy and Brazilian butt lifts.
