Snappy Salads at 19111 I-10, Ste. 900, Houston, was closed Jan. 19, a spokesperson confirmed in an email. In another emailed statement, Snappy Salad's CEO Chris Dahlander said the location was closed to allow the company “the ability to focus our attention on building traffic, improving margins, and developing our restaurant leaders for future expansion in Houston."

Two other locations of the Texas-based brand are in Houston at 1920 Fountain View Drive and inside the downtown tunnel system near Reliant Energy Plaza at 100 S. Main St. The menu includes salads, soup and wraps. 832-240-7627. www.snappysalads.com
