Bar Louie opened at the LaCenterra shopping center at 2707 Commercial Center Blvd., Ste. M, Katy, in mid-January, an employee confirmed. The brand offers a menu of burgers, flatbreads and sandwiches as well as a drink menu of martinis, margaritas and mojitos.
