A board game brewpub called Battlehops Brewing opened May 5 at 6801 Highway Blvd., Katy, owner Jessica Merritt said in an email. The taproom includes beers brewed in-house—such as a vanilla milkshake IPA and The Impossible imperial stout—along with other craft beers.
