Pier 36 Seafood Restaurant and Oyster Bar opened a new location at 8502 FM 359, Fulshear, on Aug. 13. The local seafood eatery specializes in authentic, fresh seafood, with popular menu items such as the Gulf fish and shrimp and domestic catfish. Staff at the restaurant said the fish tacos
