Tigers Martial Arts Group opened a second Katy location Aug. 4 at 27278 Cinco Ranch Blvd., Katy. The office is now open for student registration, and classes began Sept. 5. The martial arts studio hosts taekwondo classes for students from 4 years old up to adults. The black belt program also includes Yongmoodo. The first location is at 1717 S.
