Philadelphia-based Urban Axes will open its eighth location at 1201 Oliver St., Houston, on Nov. 29. The axe-throwing gym allows teams or individuals to throw axes at targets. Options to participate include walk-ins, group events and parties, and forming or joining a local league. The location is now booking reservations ahead of the opening.
