Upper Kirby luxury midrise Westmore opens sales center

The Westmore, a new midrise condominium coming soon to 2323 W. Main St., Houston, will offer 33 luxury units  in a seven-story building inspired by mid-century modern architecture, according to a news release. Units are starting at $960,000 with 1,560-1,800 square feet. Penthouses of 2,500 square feet start at $1.6 million. The on-site sales center is now open. Units will feature floor-to-ceiling windows, built-in smart home wiring and high-end appliances. Other community features include on-site storage space, terraces and a fitness center.
