Buffalo Bayou Brewing Co. has hired Arash Kharat to help lead its restaurant operation at its new brewhouse, set to open later this year at 2101 Summer St. Kharat, who is executive chef at Beaver's, has collaborated with the brewery over the years. “I’ve always adored Arash’s food,” Buffalo Bayou Brewing Co. founder and CEO Rassul Zarinfar said in a release. “Arash has such a wide repertoire and deep roots here that he tells these great stories of Houston in his food, balancing diverse cultures in a single harmonious bite.
