A year and a half after closing its Sugar Land location, Anonymous Cafe, a European-style coffee shop, dessert bar and artisan eatery, has announced plans to open at 3701 Kirby Dr., Ste. 160, Houston. Its new Upper Kirby location could open as early as July or August, said Patricia Pantazopoulos, who co-owns the shop with her husband Tasos Pantazopoulos.
