Hat Creek Burger Co. is planning to open a new location by mid-July at 8215 Louetta Road, Spring. Originally expected to open in late May, the Austin-based eatery will offer a variety of signature burgers, chicken sandwiches and salads as well as breakfast tacos and platters.
