Cypress restaurateur Joe Duong, owner of The Shack Burger Resort, celebrated the soft opening of his new venture, Ethel Mae Bourbon and Bacon, on Dec. 15 at 10750 Barker Cypress Road, Ste. 120, Cypress. The restaurant specializes in Southern comfort food, including a variety of pork and bacon options, biscuits and gravy, collard greens and chicken fried steak.
