A new 12,400-square-foot Primrose School is slated to open in the first quarter of 2019 at 18717 Bridgeland Creek Parkway, Cypress. Officials with the early childhood education facility said tentative tuition rates range from $260-$320 per week, depending on the age of the child. The school will be open weekdays from 6 a.m.-6:30 p.m. Primrose has locations across the U.S. and is accredited by AdvancED.
