Tex-Mex restaurant Tres Locos opened in August at 12361 Barker Cypress Road, Ste. 900, Cypress. The restaurant is a joint venture between two Cy-Fair area restaurateurs—Andy Correa, who runs Andy’s Kitchen on Mason Road, and Dominic Catalano, who runs The Original New York & Chicago Pizza Company, a new location of which opened recently on Hwy. 290 near Mueschke Road.
