Mex Taco House is slated to open in late January or early February at 14030 Telge Road, Cypress. The fast-casual Mexican restaurant will specialize in homemade breakfast and lunch tacos as well as gorditas, tortas, coffee and Mexican sodas. The shop will also offer breakfast and lunch combo plates, and specialty weekend dishes will include menudo—a traditional Mexican soup made with beef tripe—and Pozole, a Mexican soup with meat and shredded cabbage.
