Potbelly Sandwich Shop opened a new location Oct. 9 at 14140 Fry Road, Cypress, near Hwy. 290. The chain offers made-to-order sandwiches, salads and freshly baked cookies. The Cypress shop offers delivery services and features a drive-thru.
