A second Greater Houston area location of NOLA PoBoys is in the works at the southwest corner of FM 529 and Fry Road. Representatives with the restaurant said not specific opening date has been set, but the new location is expected to open between April and June.
The New Orleans-based fast-casual restaurant is known for its Cajun and Creole food and specializes in Po’boy sandwiches. The eatery debuted in Houston on Feb. 17 at 1333 Old Spanish Trail.
