Baskin Mizel Residential & Commercial Staging is expected to fully open to the public Feb. 1 after a soft opening in January at 11702-B Grant Road, Ste. 129, Cypress. Services include residential and commercial staging, consultation services, innovative open house experiences and residential photography. Pricing specials will be offered during this soft opening phase, founder and Creative Director Keith Richardson said.
"We let our passion for innovative design drive our work, and we believe in supporting real estate professionals by helping them sell their property fast," Richardson said.
Richardson also said his company has partnered with the nonprofit Star of Hope Mission, and 1 percent of money raised from staging and consulting services in 2017 will help support community work.
