Stacey Isola and her husband Mike opened Biggby Coffee’s second Texas location—which is also Houston’s first—today, Nov. 15, at 9522 Huffmeister Road, Ste. 700, Houston. Although this is the couple’s first franchising venture, Isola said they hope to open more Biggby sites in the future.
“Our cultural values are to be happy, have fun, make friends, love people and drink great coffee,” she said. “Our goal is to put every customer in a better mood than when they came in.”
Biggby’s menu offers lattes, smoothies and hot chocolate. Food options range from bagel sandwiches to muffins. Customers are free to experiment with ingredients, and all drinks can be served hot, iced or frozen.
