The second location of Pho Ton Restaurant hosted its grand opening Aug. 18 at 8302 N. Eldridge Parkway, Ste. 220, Houston. The family-owned Vietnamese eatery specializes in noodle soup, egg rolls, grill items, rice plates and bun bo hue. 832-912-4052
