A second Cy-Fair-area location of Sub Zero Ice Cream is opening in October at 9945 Barker Cypress Road, Ste. 126, Cypress. The ice cream shop provides customers with a unique way to get their ice cream fixes. Patrons first customize their orders by choosing a yogurt and ice cream base, flavors and add-ins. Then, a Sub Zero server freezes the concoction in liquid nitrogen for 15 seconds, making the dessert creamier and denser, according to company officials.
