The Toasted Yolk Cafe has leased a 4,984-square-foot space near Costco at The Shoppes at Cypress Mill, 27008 Hwy. 290, Ste. 100, Cypress, according to officials with NewQuest Properties. The breakfast, brunch and lunch eatery is slated to open in the first quarter of 2020.

The menu features dishes such as omelets, scrambles, benedicts, pancakes, waffles, soups, salads, sandwiches and specialty beverages. All menu items are served daily from 7 a.m.-3 p.m., and catering services will be available.
