Tam Duong said the planning process started in 2017, when she and her brother began researching and traveling around the world to find inspiration for the shop. She said the business is completely family-owned, and her father, who is a retired architect, even contributed to the design and construction process.
The shop will serve traditional espresso-based drinks such as americanos, macchiatos, cappuccinos, lattes and mochas from locally-roasted Greenway Coffee Company beans. Several loose-leaf teas from Camellia Tea, smoothies and other beverages are also on the menu.
Duong said customers can also find food such as quiche, bagels, sandwiches, avocado toast and fresh pastries from Kraftsmen Baking.
