For the past year, customers have been able to place orders via phone, email or Facebook and pick them up from the Yates’ home. Not long after starting the business, the couple began making plans to open a brick-and-mortar shop in Cy-Fair.
“My vision for a store is somewhere people can come get a good bagel, a good bagel sandwich, a good cup of coffee—where they feel comfortable and can have a good conversation,” Cory told Community Impact Newspaper last spring. “Food always brings people together, and I’ve always loved that aspect about it.”
Jersey Bagels serves a variety of hand-rolled bagels including blueberry, rainbow, everything, garlic, honey wheat, jalapeno, cinnamon raisin and Oreo, among others.
