Andy Correa, owner of Andy’s Kitchen and Fairfield resident, said he plans to hold a grand opening tomorrow, Oct. 18, starting at 5 p.m. at 15202 Mason Road, Ste. 700, Cypress. The menu features burgers, barbecue, homemade empanadas, sandwiches and salads. The restaurant will only serve dinner in its first two weeks of operation, and Correa said it will open for lunch starting in November.
