Chance Brown has left Realty ONE Group to launch his independent brokerage CB&A, Realtors at 12777 Jones Road, Ste. 300, Houston. Operations will start Aug. 28.
Brown, who was named Realtor of the Year in 2017 by the Houston Association of Realtors, said in a press release the full-service firm will focus on training, technology and service for its agents while working to create experiences for its clients.
The brokerage is also slated to expand into The Woodlands later this year. 832-678-4770.
