A new location of The Lost Cajun is expected to open around mid-July at 24110 Hwy. 290, Ste. 100, Cypress, near the Barker Cypress Road intersection. The eatery will be run by Houston residents and Louisiana natives Aaron and Renee Duhon and will offer traditional authentic Cajun food, including gumbo, jambalaya, fried seafood, red beans and rice, and catfish etouffee. Other Greater Houston area locations can be found in Humble and Rosenberg.
