L3 Craft Coffee is slated to open this March at Lakeland Village Center, 10615 Fry Road, Cypress. Owner Tommy Lau said “L3” represents the shop’s core principles—love, laugh and learn. Baristas brew and present coffee in new ways, and their main passion is to help customers find what they like in coffee, he said.
The shop will offer a variety of standard espresso drinks, drip coffee, single-origin coffee, teas, beer, wine, sandwiches and salads. At the Discovery Bar, customers can encounter unique brewing techniques such as Chemex, French press, Siphon and AeroPress. www.l3craftcoffee.com
