Buddy Charity, owner of Maine-ly Sandwiches, said he hopes to open his newest location at 8190 Barker Cypress Road, Ste. 1200, Cypress, by the end of the year. The fast-casual eatery serves Maine-inspired sandwiches and seafood with menu items such as lobster rolls, clam chowder, fried clams and homemade whoopie pies.
