Japanese restaurant Sumo Hibachi & Sushi Bar, located at 3239 Southwest Freeway, Houston, held a grand opening on July 24. Guests at Sumo are seated at a communal hibachi grill and will be served teppanyaki-style cooking by a personal chef.
